Delete The UP Media App Account
You can permanently delete a reader account directly inside the mobile app from Profile > Delete Account. If you cannot access the app, submit this request using the registered username and email.
What is deleted: account profile, authentication tokens, follows, likes, comment likes and other personal data linked to the account.
What may be retained: limited records required for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention or resolving disputes. Public-interest/editorial material is handled under applicable law and our editorial policies.
Processing time: in-app deletion is immediate. A web request is verified and normally completed within 30 days.
